Ry’s Poke Shack started with Ryan and Khannie Ching during the pandemic, serving poke the way it’s made at home—fresh, made to order, never sitting in a deli case. Using family recipes and local techniques passed down from Ry’s grandfather, they saw a missing piece in Hawai‘i’s poke scene: real, made-to-order bowls with bold, local flavor. What started as a way to provide for their family has grown into a movement—and a story that’s still being written.
